These terms explain the use of Creative Districts Africa (CDA), a service operated by Creative Districts Africa, Kenya. Contact support@creativedistricts.africa with questions about the service.

Using the directory

CDA helps you discover creative opportunities, programmes, policy information, organisations and collaborations. Listings are informational and link to their sources. They can change, close or contain incomplete information. Check the original provider’s current eligibility, dates, costs and application requirements before relying on a listing.

A listing, search match or verification label is not a guarantee of eligibility, funding, admission, availability or an outcome. CDA does not submit applications or make providers’ selection decisions. Policy listings are information, not individual legal advice.

Your account

Keep your account information accurate and your sign-in credentials secure. Use an account you are authorised to control. Contact support if you suspect unauthorised access. Optional profile details, saved resources and alerts can be managed from your account; our Privacy policy explains how we handle that information.

Responsible use

Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, or submit malicious or unlawful material. Respect the rights of other people and the organisations listed on CDA. We may restrict or suspend access to address abuse or security concerns. You can contact support to ask about an access restriction.

Saved resources and alerts

Saving a resource does not reserve a place or submit an application. Alerts depend on available catalogue information and email delivery, so they may not arrive before a deadline or include every relevant listing. You can pause or delete an alert at any time. Authentication and security emails are separate from optional alerts.

Sources and external services

Names, logos and source material remain subject to their owners’ rights. Listing an organisation does not imply endorsement or a partnership. External websites and applications have their own terms and privacy practices; review them before sharing information or making a payment.

Changes and contact

We may update listings, features and these terms as the service develops. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes to these terms will be brought to your attention through the service or an appropriate account communication. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under applicable law.
